Located in a historic building that has been renovated with respect for its identity, Wilde is a place dedicated to art, fashion and the art of living. With a total surface area of 210 m², it offers distinct atmospheres to suit all your needs, as well as a variety of quality equipment adapted to all trades.

Our ambiences
Raw elegance with 2 interconnecting rooms on the first floor, spread over 70 m², offering a beautiful blend of old stone, brick, steel and wood.
Softness and greenery with 2 other connecting rooms on the first floor, spread over 70 m², featuring large surfaces of white walls enhanced with old stone, with a direct view of the garden at the chevet of the Saint Gervais church.
A blend of old and new, with 2 rooms and a connecting alcove on the second floor, spread over 70 m², where the curves of the architecture resonate perfectly with the curves of the lighting fixtures.
All in all, an event space rental offering a wide range of advantages to suit all your needs.
Our customized equipment
17 linear metres of shop window facing rue François Miron.
Forged steel hanging systems tailored to the location:
- 36 hanging hooks
- 12 ceiling rings
- chair rail rods, self-locking hooks, transparent or white nylon fasteners
Lighting on the first floor with LED strips + spotlights, all dimmable, and on the second floor with LED strips.
Hi-fi sound system on the first floor, each of the 4 rooms is equipped with 2 speakers.
Ground-floor reception room, approx. 35 m², with small stage and 250×250 projection screen.
Miscellaneous amenities (water point, mini-kitchen, microwave, fridge, 2 WCs)
High-speed Wi-fi connection and anti-intrusion systems.
In practice
Rental terms and conditions
Step 1
Send us your request via our quotation form.
Step 2
On receipt, we’ll e-mail you a quotation, presentation documents and technical plans.
Step 3
Once the price has been accepted and the dates of the event have been validated together, the contract and the attached venue user manual are sent to you for signature, usually by electronic means.
1st floor plan
Step 4
Once you have signed the contract and received a deposit of 50% of the agreed price, your booking is firm and we will send you the “Prepare your arrival” document, which you will need to complete and return to us in order to finalize the details of your event.
Step 5
To enter the premises you must have :
- signed the contract
- paid in full
- provide an insurance certificate (professional liability) for the duration of the rental period
- signed the inventory of fixtures after a complete visit
- paid a €10K financial security deposit (refunded on the basis of the entry inventory of fixtures, after the exit inventory of fixtures)
Step 6
On your arrival, the entire property is photographed and the photos are sent to a shared Whatsapp group, which will be used as a reference for the departure inventory. The keys are then handed over to you.
Note: nothing may be stored in the premises before the entry inventory of fixtures has been signed and after the exit inventory of fixtures has been signed.
FAQ
All your questions
In principle, the site is rented by the week or month.
Requests for rental periods of less than 1 week may benefit from an option for a selected period. In this case, the precise booking dates are fixed approximately 3 weeks before the start of the event, according to the venue’s booking schedule.
The site cannot be rented for less than 1 day.
In principle, the premises are rented in their entirety: 140m2 on the first floor divided into 4 rooms and 70m2 on the second floor divided into 2 rooms and 1 alcove, all interconnecting.
However, depending on the booking schedule, the first floor and second floor can be rented separately.
Yes, the site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
In rue François Miron, PMR access is located at the corner of rue des Barres, where there are no steps to climb.
On the first floor, the venue is equipped with doorbells positioned at a height suitable for PRMs and a removable ramp for access into the venue.
There is no elevator to the first-floor showroom.
We can put you in touch with the various service providers we have selected to meet your needs, including: security, guarding, concierge services, stage management, caterers, mobile bar, furniture, sound and video equipment, Fashion Week showroom logistics, chauffeur, background music, packaging collection and storage services, waste removal, etc.
In principle, delivery trucks park on a clearance at 10 rue François Miron, at the exit of the Place Baudoyer underground parking lot, so as not to impede the movement of other vehicles. For delivery of particularly heavy packages, access is via the sidewalk at the corner of rue des Barres and rue François Miron, where there are no stairs to climb.
A small number and volume of packages can be stored in an adjacent room at 4 rue François Miron.
For storage requiring more space, one room or the entire second floor can be dedicated to it.
We can also put you in touch with selected service providers to ensure collection and storage for the duration of your event.
Rental rates vary according to season (high season = major Parisian cultural events such as Fashion Week, Design Week, Artbasel Paris+, Paris Photo, Semaine du Dessin, Art Paris etc.), the legal nature of the contract signatory (company, association, foundation etc.) and whether or not the event is commercial.
